What the service provides
Berthly helps you explore marinas and compare published vessel dimensions and indicative tariffs. A listing does not imply a partnership. Requests through Berthly are available only where the marina has agreed to receive them. Other listings direct you to the marina.
Requests and marina decisions
Submitting a request does not reserve or hold a berth. The marina decides whether it can receive your vessel and accepts or declines the request. Berthly does not automatically accept requests, promise a response time or guarantee availability. Confirm arrival arrangements, fit, price and conditions directly with the marina. Payment is arranged with the marina; Berthly collects no payment or deposit.
Prices, fit and navigation
Published tariffs can change and may exclude services or taxes. Estimates are identified as estimates; missing information is not confirmation. The marina decides whether the vessel fits. Maps and distance comparisons are for discovery, not navigation. Use current nautical charts, weather information and harbour instructions.
Your account and boat
Account holders must be at least 18 and provide accurate information, including vessel dimensions. Keep login credentials private. Only upload documents you are entitled to use. Insurance and registration uploads are optional and do not constitute verification by Berthly.
Sharing documents
You choose documents to share with a marina when submitting a request. Uploaded files are not public listings. Removing a document prevents subsequent access through Berthly, but cannot recall copies already downloaded by an authorised recipient. Do not upload passports or unrelated personal information.
Changes and cancellations
You can update your expected arrival time using the control in your request. This notifies the marina but does not change the stay dates, price or reservation status. For changes to the boat, dates or other conditions, use messages to agree them with the marina; a message alone does not amend the reservation. Where appropriate, withdraw the request and submit another with the new details. You can withdraw a pending request or request cancellation of an accepted stay through the available controls. Confirm cancellation conditions and consequences with the marina. Berthly does not manage payments or refunds.
Responsible use and rights
Do not impersonate another person, upload unlawful material or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict misuse and investigate security reports. Marina photographs and source materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Report problems or complaints to giacomo@getberthly.com. Spanish law applies, without removing mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available to consumers under applicable law. Material service changes will be reflected in an updated version of these terms.
